Battery X Metals Boosts Driving Range for BYD Electric Vehicles

Battery X Metals has reported promising results from their latest lithium-ion battery rebalancing trials. Using their patent-pending Rebalancing Machine, the company demonstrated a potential increase in driving range of up to 84 kilometers per charge for various BYD electric vehicles.

The most significant improvement was observed in the BYD Song model, whose range increased from 337 km to 421 km per charge. Similar enhancements were noted for the BYD Seal and BYD Han, gaining 34 km and 21 km, respectively.

The trials, conducted by third-party automotive service centers, underscores the scalability and commercial relevance of Battery X Metals' technology. As many electric vehicle warranties near expiration, the potential to extend battery life without costly replacements becomes increasingly significant.
