Battery X Metals Strengthens Capital Position with Over $1.5 Million from Warrant Exercises
Battery X Metals Inc., a company engaged in energy transition resource exploration and technology, has reported significant progress in its capital strategy. The company successfully completed warrant exercises generating a total of $1,562,860.50 in capital inflows. From January to March 2025, 1,635,334 warrants were exercised at $0.25, raising $408,833.50. Subsequently, from April to September 2025, 15,387,030 warrants were exercised at $0.075, adding $1,154,027.
This financial strengthening aligns with Battery X Metals’ goal to boost its capital position through internal funding. CEO Massimo Bellini Bressi highlighted that the warrant participation demonstrates shareholder confidence in the company’s vision for the battery metals market and the clean energy sector. The funds will support their approach covering exploration and recycling to develop next-generation solutions.
