Bausch Health Expands Board with New Appointments
Bausch Health Companies Inc., a global pharmaceutical company, announced the appointment of Michael Goettler and Sandra Leung to its Board of Directors, effective July 22, 2025. This expands the Board from ten to twelve members.
Michael Goettler, previously CEO of Viatris, has a strong track record in leading pharmaceutical companies. He is recognized for driving transformation and enhancing healthcare solutions and will serve on the Talent and Compensation and Science and Technology Committees.
Sandra Leung, formerly with Bristol Myers Squibb, brings extensive experience in strategic legal counsel. She will join the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. John A. Paulson, Board Chairperson, expressed confidence in their contributions to Bausch Health's evolution and strategy.
