Baverez Hotels: 2024 Financial Results and Renovation Projects
Les Hôtels Baverez posted a positive net profit for 2024, totaling €4,268,611. The balance sheet stands at €73.2 million, and active cash flow is up slightly, reaching €37.5 million as of December 31, 2024. Borrowings decreased to €15.5 million.
Equity, excluding profit or loss, stood at €42.8 million and net fixed assets at €34.0 million. The company has restarted the renovation project at the Raphael Hotel, with the show room completed in June 2024 and work starting in December 2024.
The Board of Directors approved and certified these annual accounts on March 27, 2025. The documents are available online for shareholders, in preparation for the Annual General Meeting.
