BEACN Announces Annual General and Special Meeting Results
VICTORIA, BC / ACCESSWIRE / August 13, 2024 / BEACN Wizardry & Magic Inc. (TSX-V:BECN) has announced that all matters submitted to shareholders were approved at the Company's Annual General and Special Meeting held on August 6, 2024. The meeting saw the election of Craig Fraser, Daniel Davies, Kevin Alexander, and Scott Christopher as directors for the upcoming year. Sarah Weber ended her tenure as director but continues to offer her support.
Craig Fraser, CEO of BEACN, expressed his gratitude for Weber's contributions and looked forward to continuing the company's growth and innovation. Besides the director changes, shareholders appointed Davidson & Company LLP as auditors for the next year, with remuneration to be fixed by the directors. The Company's Stock Option Plan was also confirmed, allowing BEACN to grant stock options up to 10% of issued and outstanding common shares.
