beaconsmind Group has finalized the acquisitions of Swissnet AG and Lokalee, and established new Swissnet MENA entities. This move is a major step in the company's strategy to position itself as a comprehensive IT infrastructure and SaaS provider.

Based in Switzerland, beaconsmind Group has integrated Swissnet AG to expand its service offerings which include internet, mobile, cloud, and IT solutions. These services cater to a wide array of medium and large enterprises in the DACH region.

Additionally, the acquisition of Lokalee allows beaconsmind to tap into AI-driven digital concierge services, bringing innovative solutions to the hospitality sector. This is expected to bolster their B2B services.

The company anticipates capturing a significant ICT service market share in MENA with newly created entities. Pro forma revenues for 2025 are estimated at CHF 26 to 28 million and EBITDA at CHF 6 to 7 million.
