Swissnet Group Enhances See-Spital Horgen's Data Connectivity

swissnet Group has been tasked with modernizing the digital infrastructure at See-Spital Horgen, Switzerland. This CHF 296,000 project involves deploying a fivefold redundant data connectivity system. The goal is to ensure that the hospital's critical communication and IT processes remain uninterrupted through a robust and resilient network architecture tailored to clinical needs.

The newly designed infrastructure combines multiple network operators and transmission technologies, safeguarding the hospital's operations against potential network issues or provider outages. swissnet will also manage ongoing services, including monitoring and optimization, to maintain seamless connectivity for all digital hospital services.

The technical upgrade will begin in 2026, implemented in phases. Post-completion, a managed services contract will support swissnet's recurring revenue stream, reinforcing its position in the healthcare sector.
