Beaconsmind Group Secures CHF 4.35MM for Strategic Acquisitions

Zurich-based beaconsmind Group has announced a cash capital increase of CHF 4.35 million to finance the acquisitions of Swissnet AG and Advanced Digital Technology DWC-LLC, known as Lokalee. The decision, approved at an extraordinary general meeting, involves issuing 850,000 new shares. These shares have been subscribed by key stakeholders, including management, board members, an anchor investor, and new institutional investors.

This capital enhancement raises the beaconsmind Group's share capital to CHF 554,932.60. The extra funds will cover the cash component of the acquisition prices, with completion anticipated in January 2025.

The Group also approved a capital range adjustment, allowing flexibility to increase share capital further as needed over the next five years. This financial maneuver supports beaconsmind's ongoing growth strategy as it transitions to the Swissnet Group, boosting its global presence.
