Befesa Achieves Record Q4 EBITDA and Strong 2024 Results
Befesa S.A. reported its highest ever Q4 EBITDA of €62 million and a full-year 2024 EBITDA growth of 17%, reaching €213.4 million. Despite market challenges, the company recorded a 5% revenue rise to €1,239 million, driven by robust performances across key segments.
The Steel Dust segment's revenue climbed to €825.6 million, while Aluminium Salt Slags achieved €105.9 million in revenue. The Secondary Aluminium segment faced some challenges, with a slight increase in revenue to €367.3 million but a drop in EBITDA to €11.2 million.
Operating cash flow rose by 30% to €191.8 million, reflecting strong cash conversion. Net leverage improved to x2.9, and a €0.64 per share dividend was proposed.
