Postponement of the Believe Annual General Meeting

Believe, listed on Euronext Paris, has decided to postpone its Annual General Meeting, originally scheduled for June 26, 2025. This decision was made possible by the authorization of the President of the Paris Economic Activities Court. The postponement extends the legal deadline for approving the 2024 financial statements.

The postponement follows Upbeat BidCo's announcement of a public buyout offer, followed by a mandatory delisting of Believe shares. The company stated that it intends to finalize this transaction before setting a new date for the Annual General Meeting.
