Combined general meeting of Bernard Loiseau scheduled for September 29, 2025

Bernard Loiseau SA shareholders are invited to a combined general meeting on September 29, 2025, at its head office in Saulieu. The decisions on the agenda include the approval of the annual accounts for the year ended April 30, 2025, which show a net loss of €810,174.87, and the allocation of this amount to retained earnings.

Other resolutions concern the renewal of Ms. Bérangère Loiseau's mandate as director and the authorization to purchase and sell shares up to 10% of the share capital. The meeting will also consider the authorization to cancel shares held by the company.
