BeWhere Holdings Inc. Finalizes Acquisition and Board Member Appointment

BeWhere Holdings Inc., based in Toronto, announced an agreement to acquire a U.S. company specializing in Installation, Field Service, and Logistics for IoT device firms. The acquisition, valued at USD 600,000, involves a cash payment of USD 250,000 and the issuance of 690,141 common shares. This strategic move is aimed at expanding BeWhere's operations within the U.S. market.

The U.S. entity reported USD 1.2 million in total revenue and a net income of USD 170,000 over the past year. The transaction awaits final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.

Additionally, Peter Wilcox has joined BeWhere's Board of Directors, bringing extensive telecommunications experience from his tenure at Bell Canada, particularly in 5G and IoT technologies. His expertise is expected to enhance BeWhere's strategic directions.
