Tarkett 2025 Annual General Meeting: Event Details
Tarkett, the flooring specialist group, will hold its Combined General Meeting on June 19, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. The event will take place in the Auditorium at its head office located in Paris La Défense. Shareholders can consult the agenda and draft resolutions in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires published on May 14, 2025, as well as in the legal notices scheduled for June 3, 2025.
The terms and conditions for participation and voting are available in the notice of meeting brochure available on the Tarkett website. Additional information pursuant to Article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code can also be consulted online, under the section dedicated to shareholders.
