BIC Reports Mid-Year Liquidity Contract Update
BIC has provided an update on its half-year liquidity contract with Natixis ODDO BHF as of June 30, 2025. The liquidity account held 29,334 shares and €1,620,386.11. At the start, it contained 13,169 shares and €2,390,514.77.
From January to June 2025, BIC engaged in 2,008 purchase and 1,974 sale transactions. Overall, 260,495 shares worth €15,469,086.44 were bought, while 244,116 shares were sold for €14,506,450.14.
This activity aligns with AMF Decision N°2021-01, which renews regulations for liquidity contracts. Such contracts are accepted market practices for managing share liquidity.
