BILENDI: Half-yearly report of the Liquidity Contract S2 2024
On January 7, 2025, BILENDI published its half-yearly report concerning the liquidity contract entered into with the Gilbert Dupont Stock Exchange Company. As of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account showed 22,576 shares and a cash balance of €191,512.30.
During the second half of 2024, BILENDI carried out purchase and sale transactions on a similar volume. Indeed, 40,232 shares were purchased against 40,364 shares sold, for a total of €627,439.15 and €631,301.85 respectively. This reflects consistent market activity, with an almost equal number of shares purchased and sold.
Compared to June 28, 2024, the number of shares in the liquidity account decreased slightly from 22,708 to 22,576, while the cash balance increased by €3,863 to €191,512.30.
