Between March 3 and 9, 2026, BIO-UV Group carried out several share buyback transactions as part of its dedicated program. These transactions took place on the Euronext Paris market.
On March 3, the company acquired 3,517 shares at an average price of €1.2949. On March 4, 631 shares were repurchased at an average price of €1.2980. On March 5, 3,235 shares were purchased at an average price of €1.3071. On March 6, 3,251 shares were purchased at a price of €1.3119. Finally, on March 9, BIO-UV Group repurchased 3,240 shares at a price of €1.3275.
These transactions are part of the company's share buyback strategy. This program aims to optimize the capital structure and support stock market valuation.
