BioMérieux announces its voting rights figures for February 2024
The in vitro diagnostics manufacturer bioMérieux has published figures relating to the number of shares and voting rights for the month of February 2024. The company, based in Marcy l'Etoile, maintains its share capital at 12,029,370 euros. The data, as of February 29, 2024, shows a total of 118,361,220 shares outstanding.
Theoretical voting rights amount to 190,942,322. These figures take into account all shares with voting rights, including those without voting rights, in accordance with the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority. This monthly statement is part of the transparency obligation imposed by article L. 233-8 II of the commercial code and article 223-16 of the AMF general regulations.
