BioMérieux declaration on share capital and voting rights in May 2024
The company bioMérieux, whose head office is located in Marcy l'Étoile, has published a statement concerning the number of shares making up its share capital as well as the number of corresponding voting rights for the month of May 2024.
According to the press release, as of May 31, 2024, bioMérieux has share capital of 12,029,370 euros, divided into 118,361,220 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 191,117,859.
As provided for in article 223-11 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, this number includes all shares to which voting rights are attached, including those deprived of this right.
