Biomérieux: Monthly statement on voting rights and shares
The company biomérieux, based in Marcy l'Etoile, has communicated its figures relating to the number of shares and voting rights for January 2025. The company's share capital amounts to 12,029,370 euros.
As of January 31, 2025, biomérieux has 118,361,220 shares. Theoretical voting rights total 191,386,677, including shares even those deprived of voting rights. This calculation method meets the requirements of Article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
This information is transmitted in compliance with the legal obligations established by Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code. It allows shareholders to have a clear vision of their decision-making capacity within the company.
