Paris, France, Cambridge (Massachusetts, United States), June 7, 2024 – Biophytis SA, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, will hold its Combined General Meeting on June 24, 2024 at 2 p.m., at Sorbonne University, Paris.
The agenda, the draft resolutions and the terms of participation were published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires of May 15, 2024. The preparatory documents, including ballot and access plan, are available on the website of the society.
Shareholders are encouraged to vote in advance by post, by designating the president as proxy, or via the VOTACCESS platform. Votes must be submitted no later than June 21 for postal proxy votes and June 23 via VOTACCESS.
