Bittium Oyj Expands with Indra Licensing Agreement

Bittium Oyj has significantly enhanced its market presence through a new licensing agreement with Indra Sistemas. The agreement allows Indra to utilize Bittium's Tough SDR technology, with the initial €50 million order aimed at the Spanish Armed Forces. Bittium foresees an additional €70 million order within the next decade, potentially extending to other nations.

This collaboration propels Bittium's financial outlook for 2025, with projected net sales increasing to €116-120 million and operating results expected between €19-21 million. The deal signifies Bittium's evolution from a regional player to a major European force in secure communications.

With this strategic partnership, Bittium anticipates further expansion opportunities, including potential growth in Sweden and an awaited tender in the UK. The agreement confirms Bittium's technological leadership and positions it to secure additional military contracts across Europe.
