BlackRock crosses 5% threshold in Capgemini
On November 27, 2024, BlackRock Inc. announced that it had crossed the thresholds of 5% of Capgemini's capital and voting rights. This crossing occurred on November 26, 2024 and concerns 8,658,896 shares, or 5.02% of the total voting rights. The crossing results from an acquisition of shares on and off the market.
BlackRock holds these shares on behalf of its clients and funds under management. These shares include 577,660 ADRs, 175,265 shares linked to CFD contracts, 119,212 linked to a loan-borrowing agreement, and 180,299 held as collateral. BlackRock also states that it holds an additional 950,507 shares for clients, with voting rights retained by the latter.
