BlackRock crosses the 5% threshold downwards at RUBIS
On December 19, 2024, RUBIS announced that BlackRock, Inc. had crossed the threshold of 5% of the company's capital and voting rights downwards. By letter dated December 18, 2024, it was stated that this decrease, which occurred on December 17, concerns 5,121,907 shares representing 4.97% of the capital and voting rights. This situation results from sales of RUBIS shares on the market and a reduction in the total number of shares held as collateral.
BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and managed funds, carried out this transaction while continuing to exercise discretionary power over the voting rights of the securities held, unless expressly requested by clients. It should be noted that certain shares are assimilated due to loan agreements and holdings as collateral.
