BlackRock crosses threshold at ORANGE
On March 6, 2025, BlackRock, Inc., acting on behalf of its clients and funds, announced that it had exceeded the 5% threshold of ORANGE's share capital. As of March 5, 2025, BlackRock holds 134,167,417 ORANGE shares, representing 5.04% of the share capital and 4.23% of the voting rights.
This threshold crossing results from purchases of ORANGE shares made off and on the market, as well as an increase in shares held as collateral.
The shares include ADRs and shares obtained through contracts for differences. BlackRock also holds shares for which clients retain voting rights.
