BlackRock Crosses Threshold at Publicis Groupe
On September 23, 2024, Publicis Groupe SA announced that BlackRock, Inc., via a statement received the same day, had crossed upwards the threshold of 5% of the company's voting rights.
This crossing occurred on September 20, 2024, following an acquisition of shares on the market and the increase in the number of shares held as collateral. BlackRock now holds 13,970,371 shares, or 5.49% of the capital and 5.01% of the voting rights.
The deal places BlackRock in a significant position in Publicis, with shares held primarily on behalf of clients and funds managed by the U.S. investment firm.
