BlackRock exceeds 5% threshold in Veolia Environnement
On September 27, 2024, BlackRock, Inc., a New York-based asset manager, crossed upwards the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Veolia Environnement. This declaration was received by the AMF on September 30, 2024.
BlackRock now holds 37,119,470 Veolia shares, representing 5.01% of the capital and voting rights of the French company. This acquisition includes shares purchased off and on the market as well as securities held as collateral.
The manager has the discretion to exercise the voting rights linked to these shares, unless otherwise indicated by its clients.
This crossing is based on a total capital of 740,652,608 Veolia Environnement shares.
