BlackRock sells ARKEMA shares and crosses a threshold
On November 22, 2024, ARKEMA announced that BlackRock Inc. had crossed the threshold of 5% of the company's capital downwards. BlackRock now holds 3,664,698 ARKEMA shares, corresponding to 4.82% of the capital and 3.88% of the voting rights. This change results from the sale of shares outside the market as well as a reduction in shares held as collateral. These movements were reported to the AMF by BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management. This crossing of the threshold did not require verification of the information communicated by the AMF.
