BLEECKER's 2025 Annual Results: A Notable Improvement
The BLEECKER Group announced its consolidated annual results for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2025. Operating revenue reached €24,584,000, down from €30,209,000 the previous year, primarily due to a decrease in rental income. However, operating profit, after asset disposals, improved significantly to €5,230,000 compared to a loss of €23,311,000 the previous year.
This improvement is partly explained by a decrease in the cost of debt, from €18,027K to €14,644K. The group's performance is also strengthened by the increase in the value of investment properties, notably with the acquisition of an office building in Paris and shares in a retail complex in Bussy-Saint-Georges.
Finally, while the economic and geopolitical context remains complex, BLEECKER continues to leverage its portfolio of Parisian assets and seize investment opportunities. The group is pursuing its debt valuation and consolidation strategy, while remaining attentive to potential new opportunities.
