BNP Paribas: Amundi Crosses Thresholds

On October 14, 2024, BNP Paribas announced that the Amundi group had crossed downwards the 5% thresholds in its stake in the capital and voting rights of the company. This crossing took place on October 9, 2024, following a sale of shares on the market.

Amundi now holds 56,502,671 shares, or 4.99% of the capital, through various entities such as Amundi Asset Management and other subsidiaries spread internationally. The notable distribution includes Amundi Asset Management with 51,448,761 shares representing 4.55%.

Amundi is 70% owned by the Crédit Agricole group but operates independently. This change in threshold does not require verification by the AMF. BNP Paribas' capital is composed of 1,130,810,671 shares with the same number of voting rights.
