BOA CONCEPT Carries Out Transactions on Its Own Shares

BOA CONCEPT announced that it had carried out transactions in its own shares, within the framework of article 5 of the regulation on market abuse. The trades were carried out on the ALXP market in two separate sessions. On March 11, 2024, the company acquired 119 shares at a weighted average price of 24.4 euros. A similar operation took place on March 12, with the acquisition of 119 shares at a weighted average price of 23.8 euros. These transactions show BOA CONCEPT's commitment to regulating its capital on the stock market.
