Declaration of BOIRON voting rights as of April 30, 2025

BOIRON has published the figures relating to its capital and voting rights as of April 30, 2025. This information complies with Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.

As of April 30, 2025, the total number of shares comprising BOIRON's capital is 17,545,408. Regarding voting rights, the gross total amounts to 17,664,197. However, after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights, the net total of voting rights amounts to 17,481,064. These treasury shares cannot participate in the vote, thus reducing the effective number of voting rights available to shareholders.
