Declaration of BOIRON voting rights as of December 31, 2024
On January 14, 2025, BOIRON announced the total number of shares and voting rights as of December 31, 2024, in accordance with Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. The company's capital is composed of 17,545,408 shares.
As for voting rights, the gross total amounts to 17,687,878. However, after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights, i.e. treasury shares, the net total of voting rights amounts to 17,504,745.
This information strengthens BOIRON's transparency in terms of corporate governance.
