Eligibility of BOIRON securities for PEA-PME confirmed
On January 14, 2025, Laboratoires BOIRON announced their eligibility for the Share Savings Plan for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (PEA-PME). In accordance with Article L. 221-32-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, BOIRON securities (FR0000061129 BOI) may be included in PEA-PME accounts. This approach concerns companies whose market capitalization is less than two billion euros, or has been so for at least one of the four previous financial years, and whose securities are traded on a regulated market.
