Status of BOIRON's voting rights as of October 31, 2025
On November 12, 2025, BOIRON published information regarding the number of shares comprising its share capital and the number of associated voting rights. This communication, in accordance with Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, details the situation as of October 31, 2025.
At that date, BOIRON's share capital consisted of 17,545,408 shares. The gross total of voting rights amounted to 17,813,427. The net total, which excludes shares deprived of voting rights due to treasury shares, was 17,630,294 voting rights.
