Bold Ventures Inc. Advances Mining Efforts with Geophysical Modelling and Amends Option Agreements

Bold Ventures Inc. announced the completion of geophysical modelling for six high-priority electromagnetic conductors discovered during a 2022 survey at the Farwell Battery and Precious Metals Project. Results have prompted a planned drilling program focusing on the Farwell Sulphide Zone, which previously showed promising copper values.

The company also informed stakeholders about amendments to the Farwell and Burchell option agreements. Payments and share issuances initially due in June and May were postponed to December and November 2024, respectively. These amendments are pending TSX Venture Exchange approval and include extensions on required work expenditures.

Bold Ventures highlighted its strategic positioning in Ontario with its participation in the Koper Lake Project in the Ring of Fire region, holding a significant interest in the Black Horse Chromite resource and among other critical metals. The company's portfolio targets elements vital to North American electrification projects. This mining initiative is currently under regulatory review and geological evaluation processes.
