BOOSTER Precision Components Reports Mixed Financial Results for 9M 2025
BOOSTER Precision Components Holding GmbH released its unaudited financial results for the first nine months of 2025. The company reported revenues of EUR 123.5 million, a 3.9% decrease compared to the same period in 2024. However, EBITDA rose by 24.0% to EUR 12.0 million, attributed to cost optimization and efficiency measures.
The Group's net loss decreased to EUR 2.1 million from EUR 5.0 million in 2024, despite interest and tax expenses impacting the results. Total assets fell to EUR 93.0 million, influenced by reduced liabilities and cash reserves, which lowered equity capital by EUR 3.1 million.
CEO Robert Lackermeier emphasized investments in AI-driven automation and a strategic shift towards components for alternative drive technologies. For 2025, BOOSTER expects slight revenue declines but a 20% increase in EBITDA, underpinned by ongoing cost reduction efforts.
