Boron One Extends Early Warrant Exercise Program

Boron One Holdings Inc. has announced the extension of its early warrant exercise incentive program. Initially set to end on December 24, 2024, the exercise period will now close on January 9, 2025. This move follows approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The program, designed to encourage early warrant exercises, maintains all other original terms.

The extension allows stakeholders additional time to participate under the program's initial conditions. By facilitating this extension, Boron One aims to accommodate investors’ needs and increase engagement with its shareholder base. The company's focus remains on its mineral exploration projects in Serbia.
