Bouygues Outlines AGM Document Access Procedures

Bouygues has announced the procedures for shareholders to obtain or review documents related to the Combined Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 29 April 2025. The Convening Notice, detailing the meeting's agenda and participation guidelines, was published in the Balo on 11 April 2025. Prior to this, the meeting's draft resolutions and Universal Registration Document were made available in March.

Shareholders can access all relevant AGM documents, including voting forms, through the Bouygues website. Additionally, they can request electronic copies by adhering to the French Commercial Code's instructions, specifically Articles R. 225-81 and R. 225-83. Requests should be sent via email as per the company guidelines.
