Bouygues Reports Monthly Share and Voting Rights Disclosure

Bouygues has released its monthly update on the total number of shares and voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of December 31, 2024, the company has a total of 378,957,797 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights stands at 486,171,662. This number is calculated based on all shares that possess voting rights, including those where rights are currently suspended.

The exercisable voting rights total 483,614,044. This figure excludes voting rights suspended for certain shares. This disclosure is part of Bouygues' commitment to providing transparent regulated information. The details can be found in the "Regulated Information" section of the Bouygues website.
