Bpifrance crosses the threshold of 10% of VALNEVA voting rights downwards

On September 19, 2024, Bpifrance reported to the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) that it had indirectly crossed downwards, on September 17, 2024, the threshold of 10% of the voting rights of the company VALNEVA SE.

This threshold crossing occurred following a capital increase by VALNEVA. Bpifrance, through Bpifrance Participations SA which it controls, now holds 8,639,886 shares of VALNEVA SE, or 5.32% of the capital and 9.65% of the voting rights.

It should be noted that Bpifrance SA controls Bpifrance Participations SA, itself jointly owned by Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) and EPIC Bpifrance at 49.2% each.
