Branicks Group AG Announces New and Follow-Up Lettings in Frankfurt's Trade Fair and Banking District

Branicks Group AG, a leading German real estate company, has concluded significant office space leases in Frankfurt. This involves 6,500 square meters, primarily for tenants in the financial sector. A major bank has secured an additional 2,480 square meters in the IBC with a seven-year lease.

Follow-up contracts were also signed for 2,000 square meters each in the Eurotheum and the Garden Tower. These three-year leases highlight the back-to-office trend and strong market interest in high-quality office spaces.

Christian Fritzsche, COO of Branicks, emphasized the company’s focus on ESG requirements and customized office concepts to meet tenant needs.

The IBC, Eurotheum, and Garden Tower properties, part of Branicks' Institutional Business, are centrally located and boast sustainability certifications, meeting the demand for high-quality office environments.
