Branicks Group AG: Successful New Lettings in Heidelberg's Bahnstadt District
Branicks Group AG has secured three long-term leases for approximately 4,600 sqm of office space in the “Stadttor Heidelberg” building. The tenants are tech companies with high growth potential. The occupancy rate has risen to over 90% after a previous tenant left due to fire damage.
A major fire in 2022 had damaged parts of the property. Branicks quickly restored the building, repositioned it in the market, and almost fully leased it. The modernized building offers energy-efficient office spaces with flexible design, a roof terrace, and passenger elevators.
New tenants include Aleph Alpha GmbH with 2,759 sqm, Dosing GmbH with 923 sqm, and Everest Systems GmbH with 913 sqm. The property, built in 2012, lies in Bahnstadt, a major passive house development, and offers prime location benefits like proximity to the main railway station and major freeways.
Branicks collaborated with Wipfler Rechtsanwälte for the leasing process. This successful arrangement underscores their expertise and commitment to asset management in challenging market conditions.
