The review indicates that the balance under the scheme remains at 2,321,411, with no new securities issued or allotted during this period. This is consistent with the previous reporting figures. As of the review date, the total number of securities in issue stands at 248,906,262. The original listing of 2,500,000 ordinary shares, each valued at 20p, dates back to December 19, 2013.
