Britvic plc Releases SIP Block Listing Interim Review
Britvic plc has published its interim review for the Share Incentive Plan (SIP) block listing. The review period spans from 3 April 2024 to 26 September 2024. According to the document filed with the Financial Conduct Authority, the balance under the scheme from the previous return stands at 1,550,860 shares.
During this period, there has been no increase in the block scheme, and no additional securities were issued or allotted. The balance remaining under the scheme as of the end of the period is 1,550,860 shares.
The number and class of securities initially listed were 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 20p each, admitted on 14 February 2006. At the end of this period, the total number of securities in issue is reported as 248,906,262.
