Britvic plc suspend son programme de rachat d'actions
Britvic plc (la « Société ») a annoncé la suspension de son programme de rachat d'actions. Cette décision fait suite au début de la période d'offre relative au Groupe Carlsberg, annoncé le 21 juin 2024. La notification de suspension du Programme a été adressée à Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc et prendra effet à la clôture de la bourse le 25 juin 2024. Le Conseil envisagera de reprendre le programme si les circonstances changent.
