Britvic's PSP Block Listing Interim Review

Britvic plc has released an interim review of its Performance Share Plan (PSP) for the six-month period ending 26 September 2024. The review was submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority.

The balance under the scheme from the previous return was 4,197,120 shares. No additional shares have been added to the block scheme since the last return. Consequently, the balance under the scheme remains unchanged at 4,197,120 shares not yet issued or allotted.

The total number of ordinary shares of 20p each originally listed was 5,000,000 on 25 September 2009. At the end of the current period, the total number of Britvic shares in issue stands at 248,906,262.
