BROADPEAK SA: Status of Voting Rights and Shares in October 2025

BROADPEAK SA, a company specializing in video streaming solutions, has published its monthly report on the voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. As of October 1, 2025, the total number of shares is 12,541,686. Theoretical voting rights amount to 21,475,420, including double voting rights, while actual voting rights are 21,425,518, after deduction of treasury shares.
