Broadpeak SA: Update on voting rights and shares

On September 5, 2025, Broadpeak SA, a specialist in software solutions for video streaming, published regulatory information in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF. This concerns the total number of voting rights and shares forming the share capital.

As of September 1, 2025, the share capital consists of 12,541,686 shares. The theoretical total of voting rights is 21,475,420, including double voting rights. The actual total, i.e., exercisable rights, is 21,425,957 after deduction of 49,463 treasury shares.
