BROADPEAK SA: Monthly update on voting rights and shares

Broadpeak SA, a company specializing in software solutions for video streaming, has published its monthly update on voting rights and shares constituting its share capital. As of November 1, 2024, the company has a total of 12,541,686 shares constituting its share capital. Theoretical voting rights amount to 21,472,681, including double voting rights, while real voting rights, i.e. exercisable at a general meeting, amount to 21,408,532, after deduction of 64,149 treasury rights.
