Broadpeak SA: Monthly update on voting rights and shares

On November 12, 2024, Broadpeak SA, a company specializing in video streaming solutions, published its monthly report on voting rights and shares. As of October 1, 2024, the share capital consisted of 12,541,686 shares. The theoretical total of voting rights, including double rights, amounted to 21,472,681, while the actual total, after deduction of treasury shares, was 21,408,532.
